About Karen
In 1999 Karen was working as an office manager in a small business in Charleston, SC. The company had one sales person and he had been encouraging Karen to pursue a sales career. It was under his mentorship she first heard her favorite quote; “You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” Zig Ziglar. Karen decided ‘what’ she would like to help others get was a new home ! She enrolled in real estate school and by January of 2000 Karen was on her way.
For 18+ years Karen has helped hundreds of people get what they want in Charleston and Columbia. She has closed over $55,000,000 and looking forward to the next $55,000,000!!
She understands that no two real estate transactions are alike and everyone has special wants, desires and needs.

Karen married her best friend in 2012 combining two wonderful families now featuring 3 sons, 3 daughters, 3 in-loves and 5 Beautiful and Brilliant Grandchildren!
